Domestic deliveries are shipped with Posti or Postnord. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and chosen delivery service and start at 6€. Depending on the chosen delivery method, deliveries arrive in 1–7 days. You can also choose to pick-up your order from Arela store in Helsinki with no shipping costs. Shipping on orders over 100€ is free.
For very small and lightweight items, we offer shipping with no tracking for 2€. Please not that orders with lightweight shipping are not insured.
International deliveries are shipped with DHL Express and arrive in 1-3 days. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and start at 8€. Shipping on orders over 100€ is free. Tracking is included.

Webshop orders are shipped with reusable Re-Pack packages*. When you return your RePack pack by simply folding it and dropping it in a postbox, you will get a voucher to use in any of the stores using RePack, including us. See all stores here: www.originalrepack.com/stores

Taxes and customs
All prices in our webshop include VAT (value added tax). If you live outside the European Union, the taxes will be reduced from your total during check out.
As a customer you are responsible for the import customs, clearance, and payment of customs duties and taxes in your country.
International Gift Orders
Please note, that if you you want your order to be shipped as a gift to an address outside the European Union, the receiver will be responsible for the import customs, clearance, and payment of customs in their country. To avoid this, you can either order the delivery to your own address and arrange the shipment to the receiver yourself, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can bill the customs from you directly (it depends on receiver's country of residence). We are sorry for the inconvenience and are looking for solutions to this.
Availability of products
All the products, designs, colours, and sizes available can be seen in the web shop. If there are simultaneous orders, some products may be sold out, even if the website does not show it. If your payment has been registered in our system and we cannot deliver your order, we will return your payment and notify you by email.
Comparison of colours
At Arela we try our hardest to ensure the colours in our photos are as accurate as possible. Please note that colours may differ due to differences in hardware.
